Mission and Vision

Mission:
Equipping traditional food operators and enlighten the consumers by mobilizing human, technological and financial resources towards achieving the global traditional food safety, food & nutritional security in a sustainable manner. CPRTTF aspires to work as a research body, a think tank and a catalyst for popularizing traditional foods by developing partnerships among the stake-holders towards creating opportunities for promotion, research, trade, technology and investments in traditional food value chain, setting up growth agenda through policy advocacy and implementing programs of food safety and sustainable production systems.
