TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

As a technical assistance agency, CPRTTF provides strategic support on health-nutrition, food safety, Ayurvedic Aahar, functional food and related issues to bridge the gaps in the scientific knowledge on traditional foods. The facilitation will supplement government initiatives in implementing a community-driven approach aiming at a sustained social and behavior change in favour of traditions and culture.

Promotion, technical support, advisory services, specially to MSME, cottage industries and free lancing traditional food operators.

TRADE:

Offers platform/ opportunities to small traditional food manufactures to popularise and trade their products.

SAFETY & QUALITY DEVELOPMENT:

A wide range of science-based food analytical support services are offered to food and allied industries for compliance under the provision of FSSA 2006, Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS), AGMARK, CODEX and other national and international standards.

ACCREDITATION:

Accreditation of the Certification Bodies/ Auditing Agency for CPRTTF standards for FSMS, HACCP, GAP,GMP and FS & GHP Grading (including HACCP) . CPRTTF have documented policies and procedures for implementation of accreditation and surveillance of the Certification Bodies.
